In a moment, I'm going to ask you to make a contribution to our runoff campaign to flip Georgia blue and take back the Senate. But first, I'd like to explain why I'm running – and why I need your support to win.
I'll be honest: People like me aren't supposed to run for office. I grew up in the housing projects of Savannah, Georgia, and I had 11 brothers and sisters. We were short on money but long on love and faith. From there, I became the first in our family to graduate from a four-year college, I earned a Ph.D., and 15 years ago, I was called to Martin Luther King Jr.'s pulpit to serve as the senior pastor of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
As a pastor, I've always thought my impact doesn't stop at the church door – that's where it starts. I've been a lifelong advocate of affordable health care, fair wages and voting rights. Now, I'm running to become Georgia's first-ever Black senator and bring these critical fights to Washington.
Listen: The opportunities that made my journey possible, from Kayton Homes to Dr. King's pulpit, are growing further and further out of reach for far too many across this country. We have a chance to change that but not without support from grassroots folks like you. That's why I have to ask:
Please, will you chip in $5 or more right now to join me in this fight to flip Georgia blue and take back the Senate for Democrats? >>
The stakes have truly never been higher: The New York Times confirms that this race is Democrats' last chance to retake Senate control – and election analysts from CBS News to Nate Silver's FiveThirtyEight say we can win.
But with a new runoff poll showing this race tightening, Mitch McConnell and the GOP are gearing up to bombard our campaign with $100 million in dishonest attack ads – on top of the $23 million in personal wealth my extremist opponent is already spending to buy this seat.
Please, I need you with me to win: Give $5 or more right now to become a key part of this grassroots team – and help us fight back against GOP attacks, flip Georgia blue and take back the Senate! >>
We've only got 14 days left until the runoff, so let's make them count. Thank you for your support.
– Raphael Warnock

Ruben Gallego is a Marine veteran and member of Congress from Arizona.
His #1 priority is electing Democrats up and down the ballot in Arizona in 2020 -- our best chance to flip this state blue in decades.
We know you're getting a lot of emails -- but it's because flipping Arizona blue is going to take a massive grassroots campaign.
We need to educate, empower, and register thousands of new Democrats. We need to make sure everyone knows there's more at stake than just the presidency. We need to turn out every voter in every corner of this state.
And we need your help to do it.
We hope you'll consider sticking with us long-term.
