Today’s spotlight: Rep. Angie Craig (MN-02)

As the daughter of a single mother, and someone who knows what it’s like to work multiple jobs to make ends meet, Angie Craig’s main focus in Congress is making healthcare more affordable for the families across the country who need it.

But when she ran for re-election this year, she discovered the Republican party would rather stoop to ratf**king than lose a race to her again.

Republicans offered $15,000 to encourage a “pro-marijuana” candidate to run as a spoiler in MN-02 — and when that candidate passed away, tried to use his death as an excuse to try to delay the election and steal a win.

Not only did the GOP lose in court, they lost at the ballot box. But it’s far from over.
