“Stand for something or you will fall for anything. Today’s mighty oak is yesterday’s nut that held its ground.” - Rosa Parks

Dear John,

Difficult. Agonizing. Exhausting. 2020 was all of that…but it was also about courage – courage from extraordinary people like you from all across Wisconsin.

In 2020, during a pandemic and an incredibly challenging political year, you helped us protect the governor’s veto, deliver Wisconsin for the crucial presidential race, and fight for safe drinking water, a clean energy future, and a just democracy – and we can’t thank you enough.

Now it’s time to move forward, and there’s no doubt in my mind that 2021 will be another challenging year – but also a year of opportunity - for conservation voters.

Here’s what we’re looking forward to in 2021. Will you stand with us with a special year-end gift that gives us the power to fight for conservation and our democracy? [[link removed]]

With your support, we'll build on our progress and goal of helping 70 local communities pass 100 percent clean energy resolutions to make Wisconsin's communities more sustainable and help them thrive.

Your ongoing support will help us protect the thousands of Wisconsin families who suffer from contaminated drinking water by working to pass a statewide nitrate standard and standards for PFAS and related forever chemicals that cause cancer and other health problems.

By joining us in the fight for fair maps in 2021, you can help us put democracy in Wisconsin back on track with a more equitable process that protects our planet and the Wisconsin we love.

There’s so much at stake, but with your support, we know we can do it.

Will you stand with us with a generous year-end gift that helps us fight for fair maps, clean water, a clean energy future, and a just democracy in Wisconsin? [[link removed]]

With your continued partnership, we will hold our ground and stand up for our environment and the people you care about most.

Thank you for your support – and your courage - this past year. Most of all, thank you for being a conservation voter.

Kerry Schumann
Executive Director
