** New Ways of Working at NPQ
------------------------------------------------------------
We heard a lot from our readers this year about how important NPQ was to them. Much of that resonance was struck through collaborating in more generative ways with active leaders working in the varied fields of civil society. That’s brought forth a different kind of depth and breadth of perspective and creativity in our content.

We began 2020 with a focus on frontline organizing in communities—we virtually traveled to Los Angeles ([link removed][UNIQID]) in January and the Black Belt ([link removed][UNIQID]) in February. Then came the coronavirus. Even amid the pandemic, we continued planned programming for a while, covering Buffalo ([link removed][UNIQID]) in March and Fresno ([link removed][UNIQID]) in April. But then, we pivoted. This included a roundtable on COVID-19 ([link removed][UNIQID]) and system change in May, two webinars on the eviction crisis in July ([link removed][UNIQID]) and September
([link removed][UNIQID]) , a webinar on indigenous communities ([link removed][UNIQID]) and regenerative economies in October, a post-election webinar on the state of the economic justice movement ([link removed][UNIQID]) in November, and a webinar on the Black community, the COVID economy, and Black leadership ([link removed][UNIQID]) in December.
All told, we have had three dozen panelists join us this year. And, we have been blessed with excellent audience questions from our hundreds of attendees throughout.
