Storm could bring wind, rain, power outages Christmas morning
The holiday weather will take a turn Thursday with a storm expected starting Christmas Eve.
A high wind watch in effect for much of eastern New England means that winds could reach 55 to 60 mph. Winds of that speed can take down trees and subsequently power lines, so you may want to plan on what to do if the power goes out on Christmas morning.
