My team and I are closely following the news from NY-22, and wanted to send you an update.

There’s yet ANOTHER delay in settling disputed affidavit and absentee ballots in NY-22, with one county holding up their ordered review.

A county has requested additional time to count contested ballots. It’s been legal battle after legal battle to ensure a FAIR count, and it’s looking like this will continue for the next few weeks.

State Supreme Court Justice Scott DelConte has indicated that NY-22 may go without a federal representative when the 117th Congress is sworn in!

This is the last uncalled U.S. House race in the nation.

Republican Claudia Tenney is currently holding her lead over Democrat Anthony Brin-disi. This week, it increased to a 19-vote margin.
