This new relief package includes the following assistance:
- Stimulus Checks: $2,400 for a family of four, regardless of employment status, including mixed-status families ($600 per adult, $600 per dependent child)
- Unemployment Insurance: An additional $300 per week in federal unemployment insurance (on top of state payments) up to 11 weeks
- $50 billion for COVID-19 testing, contact tracing, vaccines, and distribution
- $25 billion for a new Emergency Rental Relief Program
- An extension of the federal eviction moratorium until January 31, 2021
- $13 billion for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- $284 billion for Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans
- $9 billion for small business lenders in underserved communities
- $15 billion for live, independent music and arts venues
- $82 billion for colleges and schools
