allies,

We just wrapped up our hearing here in Georgia and I wanted to take
a moment to thank you for your support on such a big day at the
Center. It truly means the world to us. While we don't have a decision
just yet on our request to block Georgia's unconstitutional abortion
ban, one thing is clear: we have a long road ahead of us in the fight
to protect abortion access.

Right at this very moment, anti-abortion lawmakers are executing a
coordinated national attack on abortion rights, with the goal of
sending a legal challenge to Roe v. Wade all the way up to the U.S.
Supreme Court.

We must be prepared to fight for as long as it takes to
defend our health and rights. Please make a generous gift today to
ensure we have the resources for the battle ahead.

The Center for Reproductive Rights

allies,

We're gearing up for a busy day in court on Monday. We'll be arguing
against anti-abortion laws in not one, but TWO states.

In Georgia, we'll be fighting to block the state's 6-week abortion
ban, a law that would effectively ban abortion outright. And in
Tennessee, it's the first day of trial in our case to stop a law that
forces patients to delay care by 48 hours and make two trips to their
health care provider in order to obtain abortion care.

Allies, can we count on your support as we head into the
courtroom on Monday? Please pitch in $25 or more right now to help us
continue to defend our reproductive rights.

Next week, we'll be in Tennessee and Georgia, but we also have more
than two dozen active cases in over a dozen other states. As long as
anti-abortion lawmakers continue to restrict our reproductive rights,
we'll be there to fight back.

The relentless and coordinated assault on abortion rights in the U.S.
has accelerated, with nearly 350 new abortion restrictions
introduced-and almost 40 passed-this year alone. We cannot
afford to slow down in our work defending the constitutional right to
access abortion.

Please make a generous gift to the Center today to help us
protect the health and rights of women in Georgia, Tennessee, and
beyond.

Thank you for being a part of our team.

Onward,

Center for Reproductive Rights
