'Dumb Mistakes,' Not Design, Delay HAWC Tests

The Air Force and Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency have postponed testing the Hypersonic Air-breathing Weapon Concept (HAWC) missile because of errors, as opposed to design, sources said.
