CLT Basics & Beyond is back! Have you been wondering what makes community land trust (CLT) homeownership different from other affordable housing models? How are CLTs structured and governed? Where did the CLT model come from? How can you best communicate about CLTs to partners and allies? Come learn the answers to these questions and more!
This course offers an introduction to the nuts and bolts of the CLT model, with a focus on CLTs providing permanently affordable homeownership opportunities for new practitioners, board members, advocates, CLT partners, and funders.
