Governor Charlie Baker on Tuesday announced a slate of new temporary restrictions in an effort to combat the spread of COVID-19. Starting Saturday and lasting for at least two weeks, capacity limits in most industries will be lowered to 25 percent, and indoor and outdoor gathering limits will be reduced to 25 people outside and 10 people inside, including for events, Baker said.
