“As it kept increasing in frequency, our heartache turned to anger,” Stacey says.

Stacey, Ben and a friend organized a petition that led the school board to finally take action. Through the petition, the community came together and demanded proper training for teachers, so all educators know how to spot hate — and stop hate.
