Dear Friend,

As we approach year-end, I have to take a moment to share my warmest thanks for your enduring support for the work of DC Jobs with Justice (DC JWJ). I am so proud of the work we have achieved together and hope you will continue to support us by making a donation to continue our work in the year ahead.

DC JWJ stepped up in new ways in 2020. And were able to lead in important campaigns, all while adapting to the changing circumstances. Highlights of our work in 2020 include:  

• Winning $14 million for undocumented residents, informal economy workers, and returning citizens.
• Continuing the Reclaim Rent Control campaign and introduction of omnibus legislation, Rent Stabilization Program Reform and Expansion Amendment Act of 2020, to ensure affordable housing.
• Leading advocacy for emergency protections for essential workers during the pandemic and right to return to work.
• Organizing peace walks and community peace activities in neighborhoods across DC.

While we are proud of our work in 2020, we know that there are many more fights to come. Please help us build power and enact our values in 2021 by donating today.
