Dear Friend,
2020 was a year full of unusual challenges and unprecedented discord. While most of us were “safer at home” when the pandemic hit, thousands found themselves increasingly vulnerable. Support services were disrupted, and ongoing isolation exacerbated violence and abuse in the home. But in the midst of so much uncertainty, there was also hope. Survivors and communities nationwide found new ways to continue to be at the forefront of our movements for social justice. Mutual Aid projects sprang up across the country—grassroots acts of political solidarity where structures and status are equalized. These projects remind us that we can help keep each other safe.
This pandemic has shown us that we will do everything in our power to aid survivors.
That is the promise we make this holiday season, and always. Will you join us?

You can help ensure that the most vulnerable are supported. We established the Peace Over Violence Emergency Relief Fund to provide direct cash assistance to survivors in the Los Angeles region, collectively building and coordinating resources to meet their most immediate and essential needs. Twenty-five percent of all money raised during this year-end campaign will directly support our Emergency Relief Fund. Make a financial gift TODAY.
Together, we are more.
