Dear John,

Our country has been filled with heroes this year—including some you might not have heard about.

“As President of Catron Food Pantries and as a caregiver to an older disabled vet, I have seen and felt the effects of COVID-19 on an extremely rural area. Availability of goods and services has always been a challenge to the people that live here, now it is multiplied to almost a life-threatening situation. The majority of the senior citizens of this area make monthly visits to ‘town’ to stock up on their supplies. For most this constitutes a 100-mile drive one way. Catron Food Pantries is doing as much as we can to help our neighbors.” - Jann, New Mexico

Local organizations across the country are keeping our older friends, family, and neighbors safe during the pandemic—and they depend on us for support.

This holiday, support the heroes serving older adults. [link removed]
