The much-touted Covid vaccine will be "free" once they get it ready to dispense, but will it really? What about dispensing fees and digital evidence and multiple tests? How much will it cost to "prove" that you're healthy and Covid-free? Are we facing a future in which life will only go "back to normal" for rich people?
