Earlier this week, we launched a goal to raise $100,000 in 72 hours to
fund our 2022 candidate recruitment program.

We just finished adding up the numbers and we’re still $12,426 behind from
meeting our goal.

Listen. When we determine goals like this — we take into account the cost
of everything we need to carry out our plans: running ads, conducting
research, reviewing applications, and other expenses that go into
recruitment. That’s why when we say it’s critical we hit this goal, we
really mean it.

Closing this gap is doable, John.
If even just one out of every five people reading this email right now
chips in any amount, we can pull this off.

interests ready to line up behind Nancy Pelosi’s hand-selected candidates.

That’s why hitting this goal is so important and why we’re asking you to
help us close this gap ASAP so we can get straight into the work it takes
to find the next members of our Squad.
