Friend -- We were very disturbed to learn that Cobb County, Georgia tried to close half of their early voting sites in advance of the Jan. 5 runoff election. Under public pressure, Cobb County has since reopened two polling locations. But between the closings and Republican attempts to send "poll watchers" to Georgia voting places, it's clear that Democrats will have to work extra hard in order to elect Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff.

Cook Political Report rates both of Georgia's runoffs as TOSSUPS -- so it's no wonder Republicans are terrified. Don't forget that if Democrats win both of these races, we'll control the Senate and Mitch McConnell will be out of luck. If that happens we can finally pass H.R. 1, the legislation we need to restore voting rights and reform redistricting at the federal level!
