Hello John,

“As soon as he becomes a private citizen, Trump will be stripped of the legal armor that has protected him from pending cases both civil and criminal.”

If reading that NBC News headline brought you some relief and maybe a little joy, then we’re sure you’re ready to see Donald Trump finally be prosecuted for the countless crimes he’s committed before and during his time in office.

Trump’s list of crimes is ongoing -- including campaign finance violations, tax fraud, real estate investment fraud, and a number of sexual assault accusations that Trump has avoided by using the Justice Department as his own personal legal team.

But Trump might just get to retire to the golf courses scot-free. Joe Biden has said he’d rather not waste energy prosecuting Trump for his crimes (probably to appease the over 70 million Americans who still voted for the failed president), and many Americans would prefer to just let it go so long as Trump isn’t in the news. Today, we need to know what supporters like you are thinking:

Should Trump be held accountable for his crimes?

YES   NO

Thank you for taking today’s live poll.
