With only a few weeks left until Election Day in Georgia, we need to get them up and running Indivisibles,
We’re writing today with a little bit of inside baseball and a request for support.
First, the inside scoop: last month, Facebook, Google, and a few other digital platforms banned all political advertising in the wake of the election. This prevented organizations like ours from getting our message out to supporters, especially in the last few weeks when we’ve needed to rally activists around the Senate races in Georgia.
Facebook is finally starting to allow just a few political ads again for the Georgia runoffs. Digital ads are a crucial way we reach folks with up to date information and calls to action, and with only a few weeks left until Election Day in Georgia, we need to get them up and running.
We’re planning to launch our next rounds of ads tomorrow to get the vote out in Spanish-speaking and rural communities, and we’re making an initial $40,000 investment to get them in front of voters. These ads will activate key constituencies in Georgia so we can win two crucial seats in the Senate -- putting all our progressive goals within reach.
That’s where we’re asking for your support. With such last-minute notice, that line item simply wasn’t in our initial budget for this election cycle, and we need to get it -- fast. We rely on grassroots donations to make work like this possible. Can you donate $10 to get our ads live on Facebook, take back the Senate, and support all our work?

Throughout the last four years, we’ve encountered a lot of obstacles to getting progressive wins -- and we’re always proud of how the Indivisible community responds. As we bring this year to a close, we have one more win to fight for, and we’re glad to be doing it together.
In solidarity, Indivisible Team
