Daily Kos on Georgia:
"Democrats, however, may not get to enjoy the fruits of the Peach State's metamorphosis for much longer, since Republicans will exert total control over the next round of redistricting and are certain to impose another heavily gerrymandered map on voters."
Here's why: they discounted the power of grassroots organizing in the 2020 elections. Now they're doing it again for redistricting. Republicans might think they will "exert total control" when they draw the maps -- but the All On The Line movement is ready to hold map manipulators accountable. They do not have a free pass to gerrymander as they may have had in the past.
We're splitting donations with the Democratic Party of Georgia during our end-of-year fundraising drive. It's a risky move. But electing pro-democracy senators could mean that we pass comprehensive-nationwide voting rights protections and redistricting reforms in Congress next year.

Your donation will go to grassroots organizing efforts to get out the vote in Georgia before the runoff and then grassroots advocacy efforts to hold elected officials accountable next year.
We believe splitting donations won't hurt our end-of-year fundraising numbers -- there's rightfully a lot of enthusiasm for the runoff and saving democracy! Can you help prove us right by chipping in? Make a donation to our Democracy Reform Fund.
