It’s Friday and we all want to put our work away and just zone out for the weekend, John. But that’s not the case for me.
I’ll spend the weekend working with hundreds of volunteers from across the country who are sending texts and making calls to mobilize critical votes and win in Georgia. We have a good number of volunteers but our budget is still short if we’re going to pay for our texting, calling, and critical door knocking programs.
I’ve been with Vote From Home since almost the beginning, leading our incredible volunteer program that made over 20 million attempts to voters in the general election and helped thousands of key voters cast their ballots safely from home in swing states.
Our model of promoting absentee voting works -- but not if we’re short on funding.
I’m excited about working through the weekend with our team of volunteers and I’d hate to close it all down because we can’t pay for texts and calls to key Georgia voters.
Thanks for being on our team and believing in our mission of helping Americans vote safely from home. We have one more fight to win. Electing Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff is only possible with your help.
Thank you so much,
Carlos Chaverst, Jr.
