Friend -- We are proud to stand with the Spokane Democrats.

Last week, a man threatened to bomb the Spokane Democrats Headquarters.
Fortunately, no one was hurt and the building was evacuated safely. But this man
set fires and caused significant damage to the office.

We must condemn this violence in no uncertain terms. This isn't the new normal
-- we won't stand for it.

We offered the Spokane Democrats our help in any way possible. Now, we are
asking you: Will you join us?

The Spokane County Democrats and the Washington State Democrats issued a
statement after the event that said it all: "No one should have to fear for
their life simply because they participate in our political process."

In the face of threats and violence, they have exemplified what it means to
stand up for what you believe in and have gotten right back to work. Please, chip
