We won in 2020 thanks to hard work from supporters like you, but we need to talk about one area where we didn’t do so well.

In 2020, new voter registration among young Virginians was down nearly 5 points ! These are votes we need to keep Virginia blue over the long term, so we need to do all we can to turn these young people into young voters.

That’s why we’re rededicating ourselves to registering young Virginians. Will you make a grassroots contribution today to help us register young voters before next year’s election?

We don’t have all the data on the 2020 election just yet, and we won’t until the Virginia Department of Elections updates its voter history file early next year.

But while that file might help us better understand this year’s lower-than-average turnouts on college campuses, it won’t change the hard fact that voters under 25 lagged behind other age groups when registering to vote.

Registering these voters is mission-critical, and we don’t have a moment to waste. We need to register more young voters, and we need your help to do it -- any amount makes a difference, so chip in now to help.
