Two years ago, the Kansas State Legislature came together to vetoed the failed Brownback-Colyer tax experiment, and now our economy is slowly turning itself around. We were recently named the most improved state on CNBC’s America’s Top State for Businesses list -- we jumped up 16 places from just two years ago.
