At the end of August we set a goal to register 2,020 voters in Texas, between that moment and the September presidential debate in Houston.

Well, team, we just finished tallying the numbers -- and I'm happy to announce that we reached our goal!

In the past few weeks alone, we added over 2,020 voters to the rolls in Texas. Every time we accomplish a goal like this, we chip away at Republicans' attempts to suppress our votes and silence our voices. And we couldn't have done this without each of you who volunteered, donated, or spread the word.

Here's the catch: These voters are part of the 30,000 more we want to register before the primary elections in March. Reaching our 2,020 goal represents what we can accomplish in 2020 and beyond -- if, and only if, we work together and keep up the pace.
