Robert A. DeLeo Friday filed his long awaited ethics disclosure, potentially marking the beginning of the end of his tenure as the longest serving House speaker in Massachusetts history.

The terse document filed at 11:45 a.m. said he intends to start negotiating “prospective employment opportunities” with Northeastern University. To date, he said, he has not “personally” had any discussions with anyone from the school.
