Hey John,

I hope the year is ending well for you, and that we get to spend New Year’s Eve together. In the most surreal year ever, the fact that it’s ending somehow seems even more surreal. It’s a weird feeling. I don’t quite know what to make of it. While of course I want to move on, a big part of me has adjusted to this life, a sort of pandemic-induced Stockholm Syndrome. 

At the same time I’m very much looking forward to the fresh start of 2021. I have a lot of plans, most involving lots more content for you to enjoy. More on that in the new year. But I’ve already started posting a “Minute with Gleib” five days a week on my IG, and my podcast “Last Week on Earth” is back weekly. Hard to believe I started it in 2011! And of course we will keep bringing you the Social Distancing Social Club (SDSC) four days a week. 

But perhaps the biggest thing I’m taking on, that I’ve already started, is I’m going to be doing a virtual show every week at Nowhere Comedy on Zoom! I love doing them, and seeing the community that is building through these shows has been really cool. Plus I get to entertain you from the studio in my home! So I’ll be doing my GLEIB OFF THE TOP improvised shows most Saturdays at 5pm, and once a month it’ll instead be my “It’s a G Thing” show with Greg Proops. 

It all starts this weekend! I just added a hilarious special guest for GLEIB OFF THE TOP this Saturday Dec. 19. Star of “24” & “Mr. Show” Mary Lynn Rajskub! She’s doing standup and then joining me for the improvised madness. Get a discount ticket HERE.
