Hey, I’m checking back in -- U.N. Climate Week kicks off in New York on Monday, and I’m excited for the conversations about the ways we can fight climate change.

These are the sort of discussions my Democratic colleagues in the Senate and I are having on our Special Committee on the Climate Crisis. We’ve already had several meetings about climate change’s far-reaching impact on our planet, economy, and everyday lives. We want to use that information so we can translate it into policy and take major strides toward addressing climate change.

I want you to be a part of this movement, too, because we need everyone on board if we’re going to combat the single greatest threat facing our planet.
