We’re just 18 days away from the Georgia runoffs, and the stakes could not be higher.

When I decided to run for office last year, one of the biggest reasons was that David Perdue is a terrible senator for Georgia. Now, Jon Ossoff has a real chance at unseating Perdue on January 5th -- and we all have to get behind him. Perdue has to go.

Perdue has no interest in serving the needs of his constituents. In the last six years, he hasn’t held a single town hall. He downplayed the severity of COVID-19, calling it “no worse than the flu.” Worse still, he used information from a closed-door Senate briefing to adjust his own stocks and profit off the pandemic.

Georgians deserve so much better. Our families need new representation in Washington.

So please, split a donation between OAD and Jon Ossoff to send Perdue --- one of D.C.’s most corrupt politicians -- packing. Jon Ossoff supports policies that will benefit Georgia’s families -- which is why he won’t take a dime from corporate PACs or congressional lobbyists. He’s a fierce advocate for cleaner energy, affordable health care, reproductive rights, and criminal justice reform.

It’s no wonder David Perdue didn’t attend his last debate with Jon Ossoff -- he doesn’t want to answer for his record. Now more than ever, we need a senator who will show up.
