Breaking news.

The Convention of States resolution has officially been filed in South Carolina, Virginia, Montana, and Washington.

This is just the beginning. We expect our resolution to be filed and voted on in dozens of states in 2021 and are already seeing bipartisan support for this critical effort.

Our Founders knew that if the leaders in Washington D.C. became corrupt, they would never vote to limit their own power. That’s why they included Article V in the U.S. Constitution — so that the states could step up and propose constitutional amendments to limit the power and jurisdiction of the feds.

The race is on to call a Convention of States. Our 2020 Impact Report includes a list of legislative session opening dates.
