THANK YOU for all you've done in 2020. When we look back, there's so much to be proud of. Mavericks helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars, hosted in-person and virtual events nationwide and helped impact the future of the GOP.

While no one predicted COVID-19, we're thankful for everyone's patience as we pivoted to hosting 29 virtual events and 10 in-person events during 2020.

2021 will be a big year for both the GOP and MavPAC - we're thankful to have you as part of our network!

Berny Jacques - Tampa Bay, Florida
What is your current endeavor?
In addition to being the Director of Development at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay, I currently serve as a gubernatorial appointee on Florida's 6th Circuit Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC). The JNC vets applicants who seek judicial appointments and sends a shortlist to Governor DeSantis who ultimately makes the appointment. I've been involved with MavPac since 2014 when I was selected as a Future 40 recipient!

What is your favorite thing about MavPAC?
It is by far the best network of conservative young professionals in the nation! I've been able to make great friendships with like-minded people from all over the country.

What is your favorite MavPAC memory/moment?
At the 2015 MavPAC Conference in Vegas, Slater Bayliss caught me playing roulette early in the morning while wearing a campaign t-shirt for one of our state representatives from back home. Great times!
