Early voting in the Georgia run-off races for two spots in the U.S. Senate began this week, as concerns over “double voting” and potentially illegal new voter registrations continue to plague officials in the Peach State.

In the January 5 special election for the U.S. Senate, incumbent Sen. Kelly Loeffler, a Republican, faces Democrat challenger Raphael Warnock, a Baptist minister, while the other incumbent, Republican Sen. David Perdue, squares off against Democrat Jon Ossoff, a media executive.

Loeffler and Perdue have raised concerns over the possibility that people may have illegally registered to vote in Georgia after being encouraged on social media to move temporarily to the state in order to vote in the January 5 special election. That would be a felony under state law.

From California to Virginia, and from Oregon to Connecticut, schools across the country are adding “critical race theory” (CRT) to their curriculums, writes Charles Fain Lehman at The Washington Free Beacon.

Lehman gives examples of CRT, which views everything in Western Civilization through the lens of racism, being used to indoctrinate students in public and private schools:

• “Los Angeles’s elite Harvard-Westlake School issued a 20-page confessional about the school’s role in perpetuating‘racism and injustice’ and promised changes. The school, which sends dozens of kids to the Ivy League every year, will now teach 11th-grade U.S. history from a ‘critical race theory perspective.’”

On Wednesday, Vice President Pence hosted a pro-life celebration titled “Life is Winning: Celebrating 4 Years of Pro-Life Accomplishments.” The event, held in the South Court Auditorium of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building (EEOB), chronicled the success that the pro-life movement has had over the past four years of the Trump Administration.

The event also featured remarks from Press Secretary Kayleigh McEnany and Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar.
