PRESIDENT TRUMP FILES IPRA REQUEST IN NEW MEXICO REGARDING DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS CONTRACTORS AT ELECTION SITES

DOMINION CONTRACTORS MAY HAVE HAD “UNFETTERED” ACCESS TO SOME VOTING MACHINES

Albuquerque, December 17—President Trump’s legal team today filed an Inspection of Public Records Act (IPRA) request with the New Mexico Secretary of State, asking for all information related to Dominion Voting Systems contractors who had access to these voting machines during the voting process.

“Questions are being raised about these Dominion voting machines and more is being uncovered,” said Republican Party of New Mexico Chairman Steve Pearce. “It’s important that we learn about any anomalies that might have taken place around the nation. Now it seems that Dominion admits that contractors had access to voting machines. I applaud the Trump team for seeking answers. Again, checking into these procedures is about election integrity.”

This IPRA request relates to so-called “one day contractors” used by Dominion in New Mexico. The CEO of Dominion has admitted that in some states company contractors had access and were even servicing voting machines.

The Trump team is asking Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver to provide all information about Dominion contractors in polling precincts and county election warehouses. There is a credentialed poll challenger who has provided detailed written information, claiming that in Dona Ana County, Dominion had three contractors who had unfettered access to restricted areas.

Dominion Voting Systems machines were used in early, absentee and election day voting in New Mexico.

Dominion voting machines are used in 28 states.
