Dear John,

My blog this week centers on people alone living during the pandemic. As one of them, it’s been hard. From solo dance parties to just talking to my cat or hamster, I’m struggling. Hearing about other people’s experiences makes me feel less alone. I’m more committed than ever to fostering deeper and stronger relationships with my friends because I know that the only way we’ll get through this is together. What’s been getting you through the pandemic if you’re living alone? What tips do you have for me and other folks in similar situations? Email me ([email protected]). I'd love to hear from you.

I’m excited to share two opportunities for more connection:

Care and Action Circles

If you’re hungry for community as we get deeper into winter and COVID surges, these circles are spaces for community building, political education, and doing action together.

The People's Sing-Along

Our revolution will be creative, connected, nurturing – and full of song. Join us Thursday, January 14, 2021, for an evening of joy and respite through our first ever virtual community singing event at the People's Sing-Along!

Sending so much love and care. We’ll get through this.

With gratitude,

LyLy
