BREAKING UPDATE FOR John:
This is important —
Now that Joe Biden has won the presidency, we’re on the cusp of defeating the NRA once and for all and passing common-sense, life-saving gun reform. But an even more extremist group is scrambling to fill the void that’s about to be left by the NRA — and we urgently need to fight back.
The Virginia Citizens Defense League (VCDL) — a pro-gun extremist group behind so-called “Second Amendment sanctuaries” and the Virginia Capitol armed protests against common-sense gun reform earlier this year — is picking up where the NRA has gone silent to rally extremists across the country.
Brady is working around the clock to make sure we pass a bold, progressive plan to save lives across the country — but with this radical group bolstering the NRA's “guns everywhere” agenda, we need to fight harder than we ever have to finally change this country’s gun laws.
Right now, we’re falling just short of our $10,000 emergency-response goal — in fact, just $2,351 short. If we don’t hit our goal, we won’t have the resources to enact our policy priorities — and groups like the NRA and the VCDL will continue enacting their dangerous agenda on our country.
Please, John, we need the resources to overcome the NRA and pro-gun extremist groups, so we’re asking you now: Will you give $5 — every dollar you can spare before midnight — to pass common-sense gun safety laws, sue gun manufacturers in court, and take bold, progressive action to defeat the NRA and pro-gun extremists once and for all?

We can make momentous change that will prevent gun violence and save lives. Defeating the NRA and extremist pro-gun groups is just the beginning, but we know that with your help, we can have the final say on gun safety reform in 2021. Thanks for fighting with us.
Together, I know we can save tens of thousands of lives.
Team Brady
