Friend, Mitch McConnell just got even more serious about keeping his Senate majority. He’s given the green light to dump $43 million more in ad spending into the Georgia Senate runoff races through a new outside spending group called the Peachtree PAC. (That’s on top of another Mitch-aligned super PAC that’s coordinating millions more in attack spending against Jon Ossoff and Rev. Warnock).

Mitch and his allies know they have no hope of winning on the strength of their ideas or the quality of Kelly Loeffler or David Perdue, both of whom will simply rubber-stamp Mitch’s reign of obstruction and dysfunction. So they’re going to try and win this race through brute force, spending and spending their way to victory.

Here’s the truth: These seats aren’t for Mitch McConnell or Republicans to purchase at will—they belong to the people of Georgia. And in November, Georgians spoke clearly, choosing President-Elect Biden and electing a Democrat for president for the first time in 28 years. That victory was resounding and buoyed by a powerful coalition across the state—one that Georgia organizers are working to reawaken before the runoffs.

That coalition includes the Hispanic voters of Georgia—and the organization Mijente is throwing all their efforts into voter outreach to this community. This week, we’re splitting all contributions with Mijente to support their important work—will you chip in to help them get every voter they can to the polls so we can win the Senate back on January 5th?

Mitch can start all the PACs he wants—but in the end, people power is going to carry the day. Let’s prove it.

Thank you,
Amy
