John,

Congress is in the final stages of negotiating a new Covid relief bill, and corporate lobbyists are going all out to get special favors. At the top of their list: Immunity from lawsuits for companies that put workers’ lives at risk.

Now that negotiations are coming down to the wire, we’re hearing conflicting reports about whether corporate immunity will get included in the new bill.

But this issue is simple! Congress should listen to struggling Americans and essential workers, NOT corporate lobbyists. Tell Members of Congress: No corporate immunity in the new relief bill!

John, this fight is not settled.

Media reports suggest that a “bipartisan” bill could include retroactive immunity for corporations. That means corporations that let their workers die so they could reap more profits would get away scot-free.

We’ve seen TERRIBLE corporations like Tyson Foods where management literally made bets on which employees would get sick from Covid.

This isn’t just unacceptable, it’s inhumane.

But Mitch McConnell has been holding up a new Covid relief bill since the summer, so he can give outlandish protections to big corporations like Tyson.

Now is the time to make our voices heard: Corporate corruption in the new Covid bill is EVERYTHING that is wrong with Congress. Tell Members: No corporate immunity in the new relief bill! Congress should represent essential workers putting their lives on the line, not corporations who kill them for profit.

Thank you for all you do,
