For months, Mitch McConnell and the GOP have played hardball on the
stimulus negotiations. They pushed for corporate liability shields while
brushing off our demands for another round of $1,200 survival checks.

It’s time for us to rise up.

We’re drawing a red line. If the package doesn’t include direct checks and
unemployment relief, AOC is voting ‘NO.’

We write unlimited blank checks for war. We write $2 trillion checks for
tax cuts for the rich and large corporations. But, our pockets are
suddenly empty when it comes to fighting for working people? It shouldn’t
be this way.
