Disgusting grifter consultants like Steve Schmidt, George Conway, and other backstabbing, traitor "Republicans" fought Donald Trump all the way- because they couldn't make any money off him!



So instead they raised $78 million off of gullible liberal billionaires - spending less than $25 million of that on actual ads and programs.



So basically, these people are the exact kind of slimy, swampy grifters that President Trump came to boot!

Now, they are playing footsie with Marxist AOC to advance their bank accounts:



Steve Schmidt, co-founder of the Lincoln Project, shared a lengthy Twitter thread early Saturday publicly reaching out to Democratic New York Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez.



Schmidt called for a civil discussion of ideas and respect for each other's points of view.

"We say the following with respect and seriousness Ma'am. Our hand is open and we need to work together or we are going to lose America. The fight will last for many years," he wrote.



Schmidt also said that if the two worked together they could defeat autocracy, despite their differences. He ended the thread by listing Ocasio-Cortez's qualities that the Lincoln Project admires, including her conviction and integrity.

But that's not all. They are also trying to defeat our courageous Republican Senators Purdue and Loeffler in Georgia!



While most of the billionaire donors were longtime Democratic donors, the group also received money from some right-leaning billionaires. For example, Jennifer Pritzker donated more than $250,000 to committees supporting Trump in 2016, and Robert Ziff gave $250,000 to a super-PAC trying to Republicans running for Congress elected in 2018.

While the Lincoln Project devoted the majority of its advertising dollars to the presidential race, the group also spent millions trying (unsuccessfully) to help Democratic Senate candidates in Montana, South Carolina, Maine and Alaska. There’s still two more races, both for Georgia Senate seats, which will determine control of the U.S. Senate. The Lincoln Project, founded by a group of anti-Trump Republicans, is putting its money behind Democratic candidates Jon Ossoff and Raphael Warnock.

When I think about the Lincoln Project, I think about the Vichy French during World War II.



They surrendered to Hitler, then helping Hitler carry out his dastardly crimes. After the War, they were persecuted and cast aside in disgrace.



THAT is what the Lincoln Project people deserve!



They share the agenda of AOC:



-Defunding the police.

-Making working people pay for the rich to take "gender studies" college classes!

-"Repenting for whiteness" (Warnock's words, not mine).

-AOC's Green New Deal.
