Do you support keeping the Supreme Court at nine seats?

 

I need you to fill out a quick survey letting me know if you support Sen. Cruz's H.J. Res. 76, known as the “Keep Nine” Amendment to the U.S. Constitution to ban Supreme Court packing.

 

It simply says:

 

“The Supreme Court of the United States shall be composed of nine Justices.”

 

Senators Ted Cruz, Thom Tillis, Roger Wicker, Kelly Loeffler, David Perdue, Steve Daines, Rob Portman, Joni Ernst, Tom Cotton, John Boozman, Mike Lee, Bill Cassidy, Chuck Grassley, and Cindy Hyde-Smith announced support and proposed the KeepNine Amendment.
