John,
Something that's been getting me through these tough times is dreaming about what comes next.
The past few months have tested our resilience in a nearly unprecedented way. COVID-19 has forced us home, forced us apart from our loved ones and forced us to put one singular goal above all else: keeping ourselves and our loved ones safe.
That's still my most important goal, and I'm doing everything I can to protect New Mexico's families during this pandemic. But still: I haven't forgotten what I came here to do. When I catch a quiet moment - maybe over my first cup of coffee in the morning - I think about all our moonshot ideas for New Mexico, all the bold ideas we've made a reality. So much is still on the horizon. Together, I know we can work hard to build a bright future even when things seem out of reach.
And, John, I want you to dream big with me. I want you to pour a cup of coffee of your own and think about what comes next in our bold agenda.
I'm asking 500 people to take this short survey about what we should prioritize next - and I'm counting on you to be one of them. Let me know: What are your top priorities for New Mexico families?

I always appreciate the chance to hear directly from you - especially during difficult times like these. Thank you for sharing your perspective.
