John,

In the last four years, Trump has made more than 400 alterations to immigration policy, according to the Migration Policy Institute. And he’s only continued since Election Day.

From separating children from their families to closing internationally recognized avenues for asylum seekers, the Trump administration’s inhumane policies were meant to terrorize immigrant communities in support of a white nationalist agenda that told immigrants every day that they didn’t belong here.

POLITICO has reported that “immigration stands out as one of the most heated and complicated areas Biden will encounter in his campaign to unwind four years of Trump” -- and we know how easily campaign promises get swept under the rug.

We believe restoring humane immigration policies should be a priority, but it could quickly be overlooked as Biden attempts to control the pandemic and tackle other priorities such as climate change. That’s why today, we need to know where you stand on this issue:

Should immigration policy reform be a priority?

YES   NO

Thank you so much for taking our live poll today!
