We're beating back an avalanche of extreme abortion laws and fighting to defund Planned Parenthood, and we're winning.

This week helped score a huge victory at the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals - as the 11-judge panel agreed with our amicus briefs and ruled to temporarily allow the defunding of millions from Planned Parenthood. Planned Parenthood called it "devastating."

We're ready to file new briefs as this case likely goes to the Supreme Court.

Now New York is again trying to disgustingly expand abortion. First it passed a law allowing babies to be killed up to the moment of birth - live-birth abortions. Now it's joining Planned Parenthood in lawsuits to try to force pro-life doctors and nurses to participate in abortions.
