Tryon Distributing holds holiday blood drive

Tryon Distributing, a family-owned beer distributor out of Charlotte, N.C., hosted its fifth blood drive in collaboration with OneBlood. More than 20 local Tryon employees donated their blood to the cause, which will help approximately 50 people. Vice President of Business Development Ed Johnston remarked, "Seeing our employees, supplier partners, friends and families signing up to give blood always makes me so proud to be a part of this great company, especially around the holidays."

Brewers Distributing supports local Toys for Tots program

In the spirit of giving this holiday season, Brewers Distributing are supporting their local Toys for Tots program. The toys donated, to be distributed by the Peoria, Ill., U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Program, will be provide joy to children in need in their community.

She'Brew #RBG IPA honors Ruth Bader Ginsburg

The only Jewish beer company in the U.S., Shmaltz Brewing, has added another brew to its "She'Brew" lineup. The #RBG IPA is a milkshake IPA brewed as a "sincere offering to give huge thanks to a guardian and a champion in the way we know best." Proceeds from sales of this special brew will go toward the ACLU Women's Rights Project and the Pink Boots Society, which is dedicated to inspiring women in the beverage industry.
