Dear John,

Our democracy is in trouble. Our own president spread lies about voting, and politicians are still attempting to overturn the election results. Meanwhile, state legislatures are already hatching plans to take more power from the voters in 2021.

The only thing that can stop these attacks in the coming year is a trained, active movement – and we’re working right now to build it.

To scale our movement for the battles to come in 2021, we need to raise $60,000 by midnight on December 31. A generous donor has agreed to match all donations 2:1 – which means your gift today will effectively be tripled.

Will you chip in $10 or more right now towards our $60,000 year-end fundraising goal? Our work is powered by supporters like you.

This past year has revealed how truly broken our political system is. A sitting president spread lies about the security of our election, tried to overturn the results, and far too many partisan operatives have gone along with it.

But there is another story here, and it’s one of resilience. In one of the worst years in recent memory, our movement still charged forward. Together, we passed 11 anti-corruption laws and protected the fundamental right of the American people to choose their next president.

In both cases, we won through massive grassroots mobilization. And with the integrity of our democracy still under threat, our volunteer activation program is more important than ever before.

With $60,000 we will fund the advanced digital organizing tools needed to respond to these threats. Our membership is counting on them to drive phone calls to legislators, send texts to recruit more volunteers, organize safe in-person events, and more.

Our movement to end corruption is powered by people like you. Please chip in $10 or more right now towards our $60,000 year-end fundraising goal. Your gift will be tripled by our generous donor’s 2:1 match.

To increase our momentum in 2021, we’re counting on your support before December 31.

Thank you for all that you do for our movement.
