FIRST: We told you about our $5,000 daily goal for the month of December. It's the amount of money we've calculated we will need to hit our goal so we can build momentum heading into 2021.

THEN: A lot of you chipped in, and it's made such a difference. But some days we are still falling behind. If we want to pass lifesaving laws like background checks we can't afford to have too many bad days.
