John,

It appears Senator Troy Jackson and his friends in Augusta have no shame and will do anything to scrounge whatever money they can get their hands on, even if it means attacking the recently deceased to do so.

This week, Senator Troy Jackson sent an email begging Democrats to donate to his PAC, warning Democrats that, "All it takes is one call from the Koch brothers to flood Maine with out-of-state, special interest money."

As most people know (including Sen. Jackson), David Koch tragically passed away in August after a battle with prostate cancer.

Regardless of Troy Jackson using these classless tactics to raise money, it appears Sen. Jackson is also very confused about how he and his allies are funded. In fact, all of OUR donors are disclosed, while a dark-money special interest PAC is propping up Senator Jackson's good friend Sara Gideon with hundreds of thousands of dollars in dark money ads right now.

Maybe Sen. Jackson is forgetting that his PAC and the Maine Dems are the ones funded by a billionaire hedge fund manager, or maybe Sen. Jackson is just receiving "incorrect guidance" like his good friend Shady Sara Gideon. Either way, we know one thing, it's going to take real Mainers like you to help push Republicans to victory in 2020 and bring this tasteless charade to an end.

That's why we need to show Sen. Troy Jackson and his Democrat elites that Mainers are on our side.

You know, the more I think about it, if Senator Jackson had any accomplishments that people would be excited about, he probably wouldn't have to pretend that Republicans are funded by bogeymen billionaires of his imagination.

As always, thank you for your support and keep fighting. Your support, not billionaires as Jackson wants to believe, is what keep us moving forward and holding bad actors like Jackson accountable.

Classless Troy Jackson. Your constituents deserve better.

Jason

P.S. Senator Jackson is fond of calling himself "Action Jackson" back home, but when that action takes the form of attacking someone who has recently passed away, we think he deserves a new nickname. How does "Classless Jackson" sound? Even a few bucks can go a long way to taking his gavel away next year.
