NAFCU, member CUs share industry perspective on cybersecurity with Treasury [ [link removed] ]
Several NAFCU-member credit unions and association staff met with officials from the Treasury Department Tuesday to share the credit union perspective on, as well as observations related to, cybersecurity.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky., House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy, R-Calif., and Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., met Tuesday afternoon to discuss federal government funding and coronavirus pandemic relief with the hopes of reaching a deal to pass an omnibus with relief provisions attached before current funding expires Friday.

The Small Business Review Panel charged with reviewing the CFPB's outline of proposals to implement section 1071 of the Dodd-Frank Act has released its report that includes feedback from the small entity representatives (SERs) on the proposed collection and reporting of small business lending data.
