Ohio Freedom Fighters May Have Shut Down Vaccine Mandate Bill!

Look at these amazing Dayton parents taking a stand for their rights tonight!!!
As most of you know, OAMF released emails last Tuesday confirming that Senator Peggy Lehner was denying or ignoring meeting requests from constituents who had concerns about the proposed Senate bill to remove vaccine exemption rights that she was planning to joint sponsor and wanted to share the stories of their vaccine injured children with her. She did however agree to meet with a non-constituent claiming to have a child that caught whooping cough “from an unvaccinated child”, because it might “prove useful”.
One of our OAMF Dayton Chapter Liaisons had previously reached out to Senator Lehner and asked for an official meeting with a OAMF. Two days after her emails were released on Facebook and Twitter, our Liasion received a phone call from Senator Lehner’s office stating she would agree to meet with us on October 3 regarding the proposed bill.
We had already planned in in-district parental rights rally in Senator Lehners home town for this evening to make constituents aware of the bill their elected official intended to introduce. OAMF Invited Senator Lehner to join us for the event so she could meet the parents and the children this bill would negatively affect.
We did not receive word as to whether or not Senator Lehner could attend, but we did receive notice from her aid yesterday that a meeting would no longer be required because Senator Lehner was dropping her sponsorship of the bill.
OAMF has sent a letter requesting that Senator Lehner provide an official statement that she will not pursue any legislation removing exemption rights for Ohio school children.
We would like to express deep gratitude for those of you who have been actively meeting with Senators and Representatives in-district this summer and participating in calls to action.
We encourage you to continue to advocate for your rights by getting active in your local OAMF Chapter. We do our best to offer a variety of meaningful ways that you can volunteer in whatever capacity you are able! Let’s bring government back to the PEOPLE!
Senator Williams has not officially withdrawn her support of this proposed bill, so let’s get back to work making sure this bill never makes it to the floor! JOIN US TODAY!
